Carers spend their shift fighting paperwork and outdated systems instead of being with residents. Relay turns the part everyone dreads writing it all up into talking. A carer speaks; Relay transcribes, tidies, tags the right resident, drafts the incident report, and hands a clean summary to the next shift and the manager. Less typing, safer handovers, more time at the bedside.
